SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our skincare is always made fresh for your order in a GMP-certified laboratory, so it is guaranteed to be top quality when sent to you. Shipping is free for all orders within Malaysia except for Sabah and Sarawak. We also offer express shipping to selected destinations. Any questions, please contact us for more information. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances, which are out of our control. If you have not received your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible. If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement. Mimia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before replacing it or making a refund. If you change your mind and would like to return a product that is not faulty, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Only unopened items will be accepted. We will refund return postage costs if: an incorrect item is received; the item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will either send another item or issue a full refund). The buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition). If you’re not sure if the product is the right for your skin, you can always call us to buy a sample so that you can try before you buy.
